Darum ist es die Methode der Wahl insbesondere f\u00fcr Insekten mit ihren d\u00fcnnen F\u00fchlern und Beinen, Bl\u00e4tter, Bl\u00fctenst\u00e4nde und andere biologische Objekte mit feinen Strukturen, Milchz\u00e4hne mit bereits vorhandenen Haarrissen, sowie Einbettungen von hitze- oder druckempfindlichen technischen Materialien. Dar\u00fcber hinaus eignet sich Epocryl-Technik sehr gut f\u00fcr Haarstr\u00e4hnen (auch als Erinnerungsst\u00fccke an z.B. verstorbene Haustiere), sowie f\u00fcr chirurgischen Schrauben und Platten (als Erinnerung an Operationen), Zigarettenstummeln (als Erinnerung an die letzte gerauchte Zigarette), usw.<\/p>\n

Eine Epocryl – Einbettung besteht aus einer mittigen Einbettungsschicht aus Plastinations-Epoxidharz und zwei gegossenen Akrylschichten auf beiden Seiten. Die Technik verbindet die Vorteile beider Materialien bez\u00fcglich UV-Stabilit\u00e4t, Klarheit sowie Gewebedurchdringung und Einbettungstauglichkeit.<\/p>\n
