Description

Anatomical photograph of a fish anatomy specimen by Dr. Christoph von Horst.
The veterinary anatomical specimen shows anatomical and pathological details of the fish like heart, brain, air bladder, spinal cord, finns, etc. The position of the fish heart and brain are particularly relevant for animal welfare. Only knowlegde of the precise position of these two organs makes sure that caught fish do not suffer more than necessary. Fish anatomy details in fish fossils can be nicely correlated to the the anatomy of a plastinated specimen.

Scientific photoprint, size appr. 20 x 30cm / 8 x 12in on glossy Fuji Crystal Archive Paper (or similar high-quality photo paper). Watermark will not be shown on the print. For other formats and materials including prints on canvas, alu dibond, acrylic, etc. please contact us directly.
